Linda Travel Studio is a small trip-planning business run by Linda. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your trip request: first and last name, email, phone (optional), US state, destination, travel style, number of travelers, nights, departure month, budget per person, occasion, your message, whether you want a discovery call and whether you agree to receive travel notes.
• Guide sign-ups: your email, first name (optional) and the guide you asked for.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we keep the campaign tags and the ad click identifier (for example a Google Ads click ID) and the page you landed on. They are stored in your browser for up to 90 days and saved with your request if you send one.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics and Google Ads tags set cookies to measure visits and to tell us which ads led to a request.
• Payments: if you pay a planning fee, our payment processor collects your card details. We only receive the amount, the date and the status of the payment, never your full card number.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, plan your trip and stay in touch during it.
• To send the guide you asked for and, only if you agreed, occasional travel notes.
• To measure which ads bring real clients. When you send a request, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and phone may be shared with Google so the request can be matched to an ad click. Later, the outcome of your request (for example a call booked or a trip booked) may be reported to Google Ads with the click identifier. This helps us stop paying for ads that bring no one.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your trip details for anything other than your trip.

Who helps us

We rely on a few service providers, each receiving only what it needs:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database), both in the United States.
• Resend (sending emails).
• Google (Analytics and Ads measurement).
• Stripe (payments).
• A scheduling tool, if you book a discovery call.

When you book travel through us, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers receive the details needed to make that booking.

How long we keep it

We keep trip requests and client records while we work together and as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Guide sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us not to report your request to Google Ads.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and limit ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.

To make a request, write to the message box of the trip request form. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and the date above.
